Anonymized case study: clients, data and workflows are under NDA.
Context
An n8n instance shared by several companies, grown over time: 107 workflows, 48 active, few with error handling.
What I do
- Inventory and anomalies: every workflow mapped, issues logged and decided with whoever owns them.
- Stripe → e-invoicing: every payment becomes a numbered invoice, with automatic alerts on off-list cases.
- Production rules: touch only the requested workflow, confirm every write, never replay webhooks that create documents.
